Oatlands Plantation

This incredible estate reflects the splendor and glory of a bygone era in Southern history. Now, a co-stewardship property for the National Trust of Historic Preservation, Oatlands Plantation offers guided house tours of the Greek Revival mansion, restored by its third and last private owners, the Eustis family, and self-guided plantation walks, including the impressive gardens with ornamental statuary and rare trees.

Oatlands serves as a gracious venue for antiques fairs, point-to-point steeplechasing, community theatre, Civil War re-enactments, crafts fairs, sheep dog trials and the Middleburg All Breed Dog Show, Christmas at Oatlands, and educational programs throughout its April through December season.
